On tap at brewery:
Nice medium gold with a persistent thin veil of bubbles atop it that produce a strong amount of lacing initially. Light aroma with a bit of a floral lean with perhaps an hint of orchard fruit. Moderate carbonation on a barely sweet grain opening. There’s a light hand with bittering hops, but just enough to clean up the malt and balance things by the finish.
