Dad Noises Intensify
Amorphic Beer

The name for this beer comes from those noises you start to make when you get up as you age (some of you know what I'm talking about). This beer is designed to be a gateway from a typical dad beer into something hoppy. Light, refreshing, crisp, but also hoppy in the form of a West Coast Pale Ale. Think of it as a modern Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, or a much more flavorful Founder's All Day. For our version we used Riwaka from our favorite grower Freestyle in NZ, and then blended it with a new trendy hop out west called Krush (used to be known as HBC-586, orange/guava/peach). Ours pours a crystal clear golden yellow, with not too much malt backbone like the cool kids out west make it these days.
