This beer is NOT named after the former First Lady of Ukraine, but a scientist with the same name who studied in Kyiv in the 1950s and developed the world's first high level programming language, called "Address." This beer is a new style, first brewed in the Donetsk region of Ukraine in 2009, and prior to the war over 1.25 million liters per year were consumed by Ukrainians. This style falls somewhere between a Belgian Ale and a British Golden Ale with a fuller, sweeter taste, is often hazy and contains coriander. We used Emerald Spire hops from @greatlakeshops to add Peach and White Grape notes to the mix with the orange from the coriander.
