I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the brewery.
Appearance: light golden hue with the tiniest dash of haze and a thick head of frothy white foam that leaves a good lace on the glass.
Smell: malty with a slight fruity overtone. There's a restrained lagery yeastiness that is nice while still seeming crispy. Enticing!
Taste: lightly sweet with a light, crisp malt character; the hops are subtle but balanced. In my mind, there's a tendency for rice lagers to have this kind-of artificial plastic-y taste to them, and this beer has none of that off-flavor. Well-done!
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: super light, refreshing, and drinkable. I could quaff quite a lot of this!
