Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. This beer is labeled as a "Cold IPA".
Appearance: medium golden hue with a light haze and a thick finger of chunky eggshell foam atop. Looks nice!
Smell: light malt aroma with grassy, noble, slightly citrusy hops. Light and crisp, but definitely with a hop bite; I like it.
Taste: a bit sweeter than the aroma suggested, but with a good malt flavor and a somewhat tropical, somewhat citrusy hop character. There's a certain juiciness here that I like as well; nicely done.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess for the style.
Overall: a totally solid cold IPA. It's perhaps a little on the sweet side, so maybe not quite AS crisp as it could be, but still very nice and totally drinkable.
