Rabbit Ear IPA made with almost 20 pounds per barrel of fresh (aka wet) hops from Roy Farms in Moxee, WA.

I had this beer on-tap in a nonic pint glass at Churchkey Pub in Edmonds, WA.
Appearance: light golden hue with a light haze and a finger of light ivory foam atop.
Smell: lightly sweet malt with a dash of tropical hop character. Not too bad, but not especially rich or complex.
Taste: moderately sweet with a dash of passionfruit like hop character. I don’t quite get the rich element of fresh hops so much, but honestly it’s not a bad beer.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a bit light in hop character for a fresh hop IPA, but still a solid IPA.
