NE-style IPA. Pours an attractive light yellow with a dense foam and opaque appearance. Exceptionally smooth with a relatively low bitterness and slightly sweet malt character. Oregon-grown Centennial, WA-grown Simcoe, and Nelson Sauvin from 2 different farms in New Zealand bring saturated hop notes of grapefruit, tangerine, apricot, passion fruit, and berry with a bit of spicy pine on the finish.
