I had this beer on-tap in a pub glass at Wheelie Pop’s taproom in Mill Creek.
Appearance: medium yellow hue with tons of haze and a finger of creamy ivory foam atop.
Smell: mildly sweet with a nice dose of citrus peel character. I like it.
Taste: moderately sweet with lots of orange-and-grapefruit-peel hops, with a little bit of hop burn and bitterness. Not totally smooth, but I do like the flavor.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a pretty solid hazy — maybe a little harsh, but I like the sort-of retro grapefruit character.
