The first beer of our Resurrection Series
CHICHA is an ancient beverage of Peru’s past usually made with corn, Pilsner malt, and various spices. Our version uses Peruvian purple and giant white corn, German malted barley, a rustic Belgian yeast strain, plus organic cloves, sweet orange peel, cinnamon sticks, prickly pear purée, and Centennial hops to give this beer spicy citrus and clove-like characteristics.
