Some cloudiness in the amber body. Medium size beige head. Been nice if it stuck around a bit longer. Nuanced aroma of floral hops and bready malts. Hops push out a little further as the sipping starts. A solid, earthy, malty backbone remains in place. Moderately bitter finish. Mouthfeel is lush and flavorful. Overall, enjoyable and delicious.

Deep amber with some haze, doesn't really clear as it warms, off-white head, good retention, rings of lace
Herbal, floral, earthy, orange-marmalade, biscuity malt aroma
Orange marmalade, earthy, biscuit and caramel flavor, dry herbal finish
Medium bodied and appropriately carbonated
I really dig this. I wish English IPAs were more available

Picked up a sixer at Downtown crown in Gaithersburg after visiting the brewery with Allison about a year ago. Not much for head and a muddled nose with earthy hops as it warms. Strong earthy and herbal flavors with a bread note, resin and a bit of spice. Flavorful for the style, which usually doesn't bring the juice its American cousin does. Strong aftertaste and goes down easy. I would definitely recommend this to lovers of the style, again not necessarily to IPA lovers or hopheads. One of the best EIPAs I have had in a while.
