Citra. Citra. And More Citra. That's the only hop in this beer because that's all it needs. This Hazy IPA is packed to the gills with fresh hops from Perrault Farms -- early champions of the Citra variety who have been growing hops in the Yakima Valley since 1902. Expect a showcase of bright citrus, ripe mango, and a touch of resinous pine.

16oz can served in a big snifter.
Pours a hazy orange-yellow with a moderate head that settles into a large, uneven ring. Smell is bright citrus pith and zest, some resin, some floral. Orangey.
Taste is very juicy, somewhat pithy, kind of sweet, needs a little more bitterness.
Mouthfeel is soft and smooth. Overall, it's pretty good.

16oz can, Citra, Carpenter ranches. Dated...nowhere that I can see. Pale yellow, small head, smell is bright citrus, taste is similarly soft. Overall, again, pretty good.
