Poured from 16oz can into my BeerAdvocate teku. Canned 8/15/23.
Appearance: light golden hue with a light haze and a very nice effervescence. Head is two fingers of light & frothy eggshell foam.
Smell: soft and wheaty with just a little bit of farmhouse funk. The hops contribute a light grassy/melon aroma, which really works well here. I like the subtlety and the softness; it’s really appealing!
Taste: light and refreshing flavor with a dash of funk and kind of a slightly lemony fruitiness. It’s not quite as soft and rounded as the aroma, but it’s a nice saison.
Mouthfeel: light body with a good carbonation and a pretty good creaminess. Just a hint more body here would be really nice.
Overall: a super drinkable and refreshing beer. Drinks way, way below its 6.1%; a few of these could really sneak up on you, they go down so easy.
