Appearance - The beer was gold and color with a bubbly white head topping the glass.
Smell - In a word, guava. There was a lot of it in the nose.
Taste - Much like the nose, guava came through in the taste profile. It was nice we tart and not over done. Sometimes sours are overly acidic, which was not the case here. I was able to enjoy this one. The kabosu juice Is also mentioned in the description, but I don’t know what that is.
Mouthfeel - Carbonation was appropriate for the style, allowing tartness to linger on the tongue.
Overall - This was the highlight of my trip to Fuzzyline.
