Just in time for summer, a Saison from the Mitten. Mild ester, fruity funk, .ediu. bitterness with rich citrus notes ending in a light crisp peppery finish.

Pours a medium dark gold color with virtually no head. Aroma of fruit. Taste is a peppery apple and other spices. Crisp and dry. Not bitter but has a dank finish.
