Slight amber hue, good clarity, a modicum of foam.
Mixture of fruit and grain make up the aroma. Smells of apple, malt and rye create a pleasant sensation.
The taste is crisp, sweet, and gentle. Light body combines subtle apple flavors with a clean and smooth malt. There are just barely noticeable yet complimentary hop additions that frame the beer well.
This is one of the better surprises of OBF 2004.
