Casual, clean, and balanced. This is not a hop monster, but is sensibly constructed with a fresh immediacy of flavor and a standout mouthfeel. A tease of sweetness initiates the taste profile before the hops take over soundly. Later, great hoppy belches revisited you with nostalgic longing.
Ill assume theres nothing wrong with the smell of this beer, but the truth is its just too damn smoky at The Cider Mill to pick out the scent.
