This American style pale wheat ale is not especially clouded or yeasty. It is dry and tart and clean though my pint lacked carbonation and vigor. It also showed no head or lace.
Nit Wit is a simple, functional wheat beer whose taste and smell were enhanced by the lemon it was served with. Not to be mistaken for a Belgian wit or a hefeweizen.
