Pours a fairly clear yellow with soopy, quickly fading head.
Smell is tart, a bit funky and slighy mineral. Notes of lemon, peach, apple, white pepper and citrus peel.
Taste is tart, funky and crisp. Notes of lemon, lemon peel, peach, green tea, pepper and apple. There's a slight bitterness to balance the tartness. Very refreshing, and hides the alcohol very well.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry with effervescent carbonation.
Overall, a very nice, drinkable tart saison. Perfect summer beer.
