Pours a mostly-clear Chardonnay gold color with strong whirlpool effervescence and a massive sand-tinted head that slowly dissipates and leaves heavy lacing.
Lemon, funk and oak in the nose.
Cheesey funk, lemon and pineapple in the taste. Fairly dry finish.
Mildly creamy feel with peppery carbonation.
A well made, funky beer.
