750ml bottle. Label has bottling date as '06/2024' with a best by date of '06/2029'.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Brief appearance of white head, later with tiny islands and a very thin ring.
Aroma of funk - horse blanket and tobacco, lemon, and oak.
Taste is sour funk, with flavors of green apple, apricot, peach, and pear. Also lots of oak. Funk leads to horse blanket and tobacco. Bits of fruit sweetness. Aftertaste is mostly fruited oak.
Medium mouthfeel. Dry finish. Moderate tooth scraper. Supportive carbonation.
