Copenhagen 9/5 2026. 75 cl bottle from Beershoppen web-shop. An abstract rendering in white blue and brown. Looks like a dirty snow landscape seen from above.
Pours unclear yellow with a small white head, A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Very moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor soon overpowered by a tart scent. Touch of funk. Sweet pale malts. Tart goose berries and currants. Sour cheese and and a little whiff of black pepper. Vinous and tart.
Rather strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with s medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is tart and a little thin. Lingers for a bit. Finish is tart and dry.
Tart and a little funky But also a bit thin.
