West Coast IPA
60 IBU
Mosaic, El Dorado, Amarillo & Centennial Hops
West Coast IPA is a real workaholic; the urine stain on your pants would signify that you're a single shake man, far too busy for the follow-up jiggle. Your gun is digging into my hip. I am a trainer of dolphins. You want to talk to the dolphin, you talk to me. For seven years I have trained the dolphin. Why do you want to talk to the dolphin?

16oz can served in a hotel shaker. At least it's actually glass. Packaged 3/12/2024.
Pours clear yellow, medium sized head that fades to a thick skin, lots of active carbonation visible at rest. Smell is fresh and piney, a little floral.
Taste is pretty much archetypical WCIPA, maybe a little light on the bitterness and a little high on the floweriness (actually kind of reminds me of old school Elysian's jasmine IPA). Moderate dankness.
Mouthfeel is very light and almost airy. Overall, pretty good IPA.
