Aroma is huge beery/husky malts and mild fruit. The flavor is fruit/citrus and a complex mix of noble-style hops and unique beery/husky/slightly grainy malts.

On tap at Allerton Brewing, Independence, IA; served in a taster glass. Slightly hazy amber in color, with a white head. Malt forward, with notes of bread and some herbal and fruity overtones. Medium bodied, with a crisp and lightly bitter finish. Good food beer, recommended.
