On tap at Allerton Brewing, Independence, IA; served in a taster glass. Pale golden-colored pour, with a thin white head. Brewer's description is spot-on: this is indeed light in flavor and body. Malt forward on the nose and palate, with notes of toasted grain and hints of the Belgian yeast. Nice bitterness, very crisp finish. Pleasant sipper, light, refreshing, good food beer. Recommended.
