An unpasteurised pilsner, The Greek Monks appears cloudy but has a very healthy foam when poured but could last longer. Smells are only slightly above average, could use more aromatic hops. Tastes are pretty well-balanced for me (a malthead) and certainly are in-line with the German style; but the hops don't let the food play. Almost medium-mouthed, still soft.
