Saw this on tap and had never heard of it. After doing a little digging, I found that it's a one-off they did for the Empire Brewing and Music Festival. Brewed with 90lbs of local, organic beets, with a 2-row pale malt base, Hallertau hops and rosemary. Bartender told me it was 5.8%.
Here are a couple of YouTube videos about it:

Came a beet red (how about that?), or maybe a bit closer to a vibrant dark pink, somewhat cloudy with a fizzy pink head. Didn't keep much of a lace.
Smell was slightly sweet and spicy, with a big herbal note from the rosemary. Can definitely get the sweetness of the beets, spiciness of the hops and certainly the rosemary.
Taste, like the smell, had a nice light sweetness to it from the beets, while the rosemary in particular added a nice dimension and balance. Hops are subtle but the spiciness is there. Good choice with the Hallertau. Mouthfeel is light and quite crisp, with a clean aftertaste. Quite refreshing, and interesting too. Odd concept, but it works nicely. Give it a try before it's gone.
