This Hibiscus Saison is a sour Saison brewed with hibiscus flowers and Santorinian lemon zest. Acidity and sweet notes of red fruits that derive from the hibiscus balance with the medium body and the refreshing citrucy aftertaste. Hops: Hallertau Blanc

Appearance: Arrives a clear garnet color with a minimal head; no lacing
Smell: Hibiscus, red currant and lemon peel
Taste: Floral hibiscus tones forward white a touch of tart currant in the middle; some lemon in the finish completes the shift from the sweet to the tart
Mouthfeel: Medium body but minimal carbonation
Overall: A very Interesting approach; not sure I would peg it as a Saison but I enjoyed the flavors; needs a bit more carbonation, though
