Aurora is our new Oenobeer, brewed with hibiscus flowers & Santorini lemon zest. The crispy acidity and sweet notes of red fruits that derive from the hibiscus balance perfectly with the medium body and refreshing citrusy aftertaste. While combined with the Assyrtiko wine, it gives delicate flavor notes of white flowers, complementing the citrus and showcases minerality & saltiness.

Appearance: Arrives clear and the color of Rosé wine; not much of a head but a few spots of foam hang around
Smell: Rosé wine aromatics with floral and lemon elements
Taste: Rosé wine, up front, with hibiscus floral tones developing; the lemon adds a citrusy aspect that lingers into the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; a tart finish
Overall: A very interesting blend of wine and beer
