Pours a transparent gold with two fingers of white foam. Aroma is wafers, biscuits, and bread with a heavy combo punch of citrus and pine hops. Pleasant and curt dryness on the nose. Flavor profile is a pop of citrus, pine, and evergreen with biscuity, bready, and wafery malts underneath. Most hoppy pilsners feature a little zap of hops with malts as an after thought, whereas this one seems to feature the malts more in the foreground, adding texture to the taste via hops. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a soft, near-crisp texture. Overall, great balance and blend. Fun pilsner.
