Pours a light straw color with a mild fog to the translucency. Head is two fingers of white foam. Aroma is crackers, wafers, and nutty malts, with a little more of the latter than typical. Mild bread shows up late. Hops are zesty and semi-spicy. Flavor profile is dry malts, crackers, wafers, and biscuits with a nutty malt finish. Spicy, zesty, and mild herbal hops add some dynamics to the dry malt focus. Super smooth. Mouth feel is crispy, with a consistent texture from start to finish. Thickness is medium-thin. Overall, a splendid crusher that features some great dry malts with just enough hops to be intriguing without diluting the focus on dry malts.
