Pours clear light brown, big pillowy head, smooth and creamy.smell is nutty, woody, somewhat oxidized. Lots of grain, some dark bread. Taste is quite bitter, black tea, nuts and grain, cardboard (in a good way). Earthy, woody bitter. Mouthfeel is thin, smooth, dry. Overall, quite pleasant cask bitter.
