I bought this at Mikkeler's & Friends Bottle Shop. (High praise if they carry your brews.)
But, I think I probably made a mistake of drinking Dockers as accompaniment to an appetizer of a chili spread on rot bread.
That said, Dockers calmed my palate and I survived (although the beer is gone.)
Dockers Looks average, not a lot of foam or life. Its Smells are mostly muted malt. However it is balanced in that the hops only push in the finish and the malt still keeps the hops in check. Light to medium-mouthed. Worth having once... with more temperate food. So I'll have Dockers again so it gets a fair shake.
As for my micro-review of Azvex... they are too young for me to launch into that. Less than three years is not long enough to show your character. But I will say that bringing brewing culture to the cradle of 1960s popular culture (Liverpool, you know) deserves some pretty good Overall Hugs. And that's what I give them. Cheers !
