Had on tap at the Rooster & Beer bar in the Ramblas Centre of Toulouse (off Jean Jaures' near the Matabieu train station. Grizzly was close to a very good representative of the style, The spicing was good, but had a mute yeasty Peppa; that indescribable that I've come to like in this style and serves as a Great Separator of the masters from the wannabes.
Grizzly Looked lively and largely was until the end, despite the usual dissipation. Smells were mostly fruity malt, but nothing particularly distinct. Tastes were balanced with the hops and yeast acting just enough to conceal the sweet, but not create a distinct tripel. Medium-mouthed in a full style.
