A delectable, highly drinkable ale, brewed on the premises of the Sair Inn pub in Linthwaite, West Yorkshire.
Exquisitely hoppy notes with a dry bitter finish. Pale straw-coloured appearance and a good "textured" mouthfeel. This beer is well worth sampling, and this can be done at the Sair Inn. Sadly this beer is not available outside the pub, or in bottled form although it has made its way to the odd local festival.
