Sour Ale / Italian Grape Ale fermented in oak barrels with Falanghina grapes (previously called "Uvarella").
No foam.
Aromas of grapes and yellow-fleshed fruit (peaches, fresh plums) and a slight hint of farm (field grass, hay).
In the mouth it is a flat beer, practically non-existent carbonation.
The taste immediately reveals mineral hints characterized by floral white grapes, with fruity hints (ripe white peach) and a light background that brings the mind back to the more funky farm hints (delicate hay reflection).
Light acidity, just hinted at, of the same intensity as that of a white wine.
It is inevitable to notice a slight sulphurous note which however does not spoil the beer.
This particular Italian Grape Ale is very balanced and drinkable
