Few breweries on Planet Earth have done as much boundary pushing as Omnipollo. —And as far as we’re concerned, nobody is making better hoppy beer than our favorite drinking buddies at Root + Branch.

Showcasing the best base beer we’ve made to date, Kohia Nelson, Freestyle Riwaka and some of Root + Branch’s hand-selected Citra, we planned a generous dry-hopping regiment executed while continuously krausening to achieve a dizzying abv and staggering biotransformation.
