Poured from fridge temp. Pours a dark reddish orange with a good amount of white head. Nose is fantastic. Getting lots of cherries and prunes. A good amount of funk coming through. The taste is really interesting. Solid amount of sour cherries, which makes this beer great. Getting some horse saddle, barnyard funk, grapefruit peel, and prunes. Mouthfeel is dry, and alcohol is not really detectable. Overall, a really interesting beer worth trying.
