A: The beer is somewhat hazy golden yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high white head that died down but never completely faded away, leaving a large pillow of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of clove-like spices are present in the nose along with notes of grainy malts and hints of bubble gum-like yeast.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the flavors of clove-like spices stand out even more and linger through the finish.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly "chewy" and grainy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is an interesting beer and seems more like a rustic saison. The yeasty aromas and flavors initially seemed a lot like a hefeweizen but the bubble gum characteristics quickly died down as the beer began to warm up a tad.

16oz can from Halftime. Cloudy golden pour, fluffy head subsides. Aroma is yeasty, sourdough with light savory notes. Taste is bready, grassy, hay. Pretty decent saison.

On draught at Dive Bar, NYC.
Pours a clear straw color with visible carbonation. A fingernail length frothy white head shows great retention. There is sudsy lacing on the side.
I had this the other day from the can and it had some funky/rustic aromas. However, on draft this is absent as I instead get sweet notes of Pilsner malt, honey, bread, caramel, melon, pear and citrus.
Aligned with the aroma, the taste displays sweet notes of bready and doughy Pilsner malts, cracker, honey and biscuit. Well spiced and hopped with notes of peppery yeast, grassy hops, bright notes of lemon and camomile tea. The palate is dry with assertive bitterness and fruity notes of melon and pear.
Medium bodied with a smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel. The finish is dry with grassy and resiny bitterness. The carbonation is moderate to lively.
This is a quality Saison that is very easy to drink. I would have this again.
