Our black saison is an amalgamation of earthly and oceanic delights. Whole oysters were steeped in the boil kettle in addition to lacto-fermented oyster mushrooms that were created using San Francisco sea salt.
Brine characteristics from both create complex layered salinity, ocean breeze aromatics with savory & earthy funk.
