Pours a reddish orange color. Completely opaque. Almost no head whatsoever when poured - it almost looks flat.
Aroma has notes of oak, chardonnay, some barnyard funk, and a touch of raspberries. comes across very tart/sour on the nose.
Taste follows the nose - tart, sour raspberries, some barnyard funk, lots of oak and chardonnay character. It is pretty tart/sour - enough to produce a palpable pucker when drinking.
Feel is light, but because of the tartness, its a sipper. Although not quite flat, the carbonation is very mild and subtle.
Overall this is a very nice beer - I do wish it was a bit less tart/sour for a saison, but that's a personal preference thing and has nothing to do with the overall quality of the beer.

Orange body with a billowing head that rises to a convex dome above the rim. Perfect collar of lace and lasting veil across the surface.
Aroma is floral with strong minerality, seedy raspberries in the background.
Taste is spot on raspberry and pinot noir, dark cherry skin tannins, floral top note. Dry finish, tannin lingers. Dovetails perfectly, very juicy and nuanced. Medium bodied with ample carb. Acidity is moderate.
Overall a great new Sundial blend, at this point they’re buy on sight for me.

Released 9/17/22; drank 10/6/22 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy orange/pink appearance.
An even pour yielded a nice, noisy white head; decent lace.
Mildly tart raspberry & soft wheat notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Tart (borderline sour) raspberry flavor up front, with mild black pepper bite on the finish.
The saison is a bit overpowered by the acidity of the fruit; it's OK, but I really wish they'd dial back (do away with?) the fruit beers. Saisons are enough, man!
