Had on tap. Perfectly clear golden body with a big white foam head. Smells strongly of rustic bready yeast, slight grain, grassy hops and lemon pith. Tate starts with light pale malt with accents of minerals and grain, then the lemon zest, grassy hops and lemon zest join in earnest to complete the last two-thirds of the sip. Feel is lighter bodied but still full, pale and crisp.

5/25/24 - (Can - Home) (Chicago, IL) - Can Notes: Purchased from Beer on the Wall 5/22/24 for $3.41 at store temperature, refrigerated upon returning home until opening. 16 oz canned 4/22/24, can stamp #TEAMPILS. 4.8% ABV, Northern German-Style Pilsner, Brewed & Packaged by Sundial Brewing & Blending, Barrington, Illinois.
Appearance: Slow poured first half of can into a tall flute. Light clear straw yellow, sustained carbonation for a few minutes before slowing to a sustained trickle. 4.0
Aroma: Strong cracker , mineral water, light sulfur. Strong and persistent. 3.5
Taste: Straight mineral well water notes, then cracker and sweet malt. OK 3.25
Mouthfeel: Light and crisp, easy drinking. Sweet malt the finish and takeaway, carbonation light and gentle. 3.25
Overall: Feeling better, but not 100% so perhaps impacting my perception, but this is a sweet OK Pilsner. Would consider a second go for science, but mediocre my first stab. 3.25
