Foggy mimosa orange, amply carbed with three fingers of foam, and a slight gush out of the bottle.
Yeasty aroma, white pepper, dried botanicals, apricot, doughy shortbread.
Tart apricot, mildly phenolic and peppery, finishes dry with a little bit of hoppy bitterness that lingers.
Light to medium bodied, very effervescent. Balanced and not overwhelmingly floral, as the name might suggest.
Great little mixed-ferm saison, looking forward to more new Sundial beers as they appear in the wild.
