Pale yellow gold, racing streamers and a billowing head of loose bubbles. A bit thin with coarse carbonation. Flavor is mild but pleasant, Maitake is usually meaty and savory, this is pretty dialed down. A little bit earthy and woodsy, but otherwise nondescript. Overall an interesting experiment, but mild in flavor.

Big rice lager really light earthy mushrooms. Texture is soft & light & refreshing.
