This is a blend of saisons all matured in American and French oak wine barrels with ages ranging from 8-18 months.

Released 7/12/25; drank 2/16/26 @ the Yarchives.
Mostly opaque orange/yellow appearance.
An even pour yielded a small, noisy white head which quickly dissipated; almost no lacing remained.
Lemon, wood & mild white wine notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Lemon & wood up front; mildly tart white wine notes on the finish.
Pleasant & interesting; would be a very nice summer day drink.
