This beer was the second served to me of my four samples. It was a golden color, cloudy - you couldn't see through the beer. There was some lingering white head. It had a grassy scent. The taste was fairly balanced, with the malt flavor coming out slightly more, but not overwhelmingly. The sweetness definitely shines through at the start of the sip but the finish was balanced with a little sweetness and a little bite, making it a very enjoyable and drinkable brew.
