On tap at the Bend brewpub.
A clear yellow with a dense white head that falls off to a ring, this looks decent. The nose is a riot of fresh and dried apricots. Bright and incredibly refreshing. The secondary fermentation with Belgian yeast shows, with an added layer of welcome complexity. Some citrus is also present. The palate opens tart and very fruity with apricot, honey, lactic acid, clean and refreshing. Citrus is present on the mid palate with a touch of vanilla. Light in body, moderately carbonated and very refreshing, this is nicely done.
