On tap at Deschutes Brewery Pub in Portland, OR.
Appearance : 90% opaque, creamy head, gorgeous pear juice colored body.
Smell : Delicious smell with pear, fresh hop leaf, clove, and citrus.
Taste : A beautiful marriage of witbier and fresh pine. Clove and wheat and spices, with a sharp hop bite. This is how it should be done!
Feel : Medium bodied, creamy, yummy, lovely.
Overall : This was the best sample out of the flight. I thought they did this hopped wit perfectly. Another reason why Deschutes knows what they're doing.
