22oz bottle poured into a snifter
Tap Room only release, courtesy of ivegot3Dvision
A- pours a bright clear golden color with a two-finger foamy white head that has great retention long after the pour and leaves some lacing behind
S- smells of clean toasted malt & pilsner yeast, followed by plenty of fresh lime zest. There are some undertones of white wine and woody oak, very nice
T- Opens clean and toasted, quickly followed by some vinous notes of white grape, along with woody and earthy barrel notes. Finishes just like a key lime pie, with flavors of whipped cream and lime zest, with just a hint of tartness
M- medium light body with moderate-light carbonation leads to a slightly foamy mouthfeel and ac crisp, dry finish. Super drinkability
O- this is absolutely delicious, throw this in a canned 6 pack and I'd by it by the case. Just enough tartness with tons of fresh lime, outstanding. 5 overall for the style
