Pours hazy, maroon in color with 1/4 inch head. Taste is dry cider, sour mix, oak, and ripened fig. High carbonation, sweet, and light bodied. Tasty non-traditional take on the style. The dry wine taste from the bottle shines through on the dubbel. Could have a couple glasses.
