Cask-conditioned tap (1/2 pint pour/$2) at the pub.
A: A clear copper/orange. Minimal white head and small lace. An attractive beer.
S: I detect just a hint of bready malt and a slight citrus hop. All very mild.
T: Menu lists Crystal Malt and Mt. Hood hops. Very nice balance between then. Very good rich flavors with a lingering hop bitterness.
M: Quite smooth, medium body, moderat/low carbonation.
D:With good flavor & balance and a low abv, I think this would make a great session beer. Recommended if you can find on-tap (may only be at the pub in Bend).
